We're excited about what he could do in San Francisco, but there's a lot of work to be done before the 49ers are playoff contenders again.

That would be interesting....to say the least. The Jaguars offense has the pieces to be a high-powered unit if someone figures out what's wrong with QB Blake Bortles. Doug Marrone is a bright head coach, but it seems like an odd fit with Kelly running the offense. We're all for bold decisions, and this could propel Jacksonville to the next level....or it could end in spectacularly horrible fashion. You just never know with Kelly.

There are plenty of teams who should be interested, but it comes down to Romo's contract (and whether or not it will be re-worked) and what the Cowboys actually want for the veteran passer.

Taylor would provide the team with a strong-armed playmaker, and his beautiful deep passes would look great with WRs Terrelle Pryor and Corey Coleman on the other end.

This wouldn't be a total surprise if it happens. Thomas has failed to play a full 16-game season in his pro career, and he's missed 11 games for the Jaguars since signing a five-year, $46 million deal with the team in 2015. When healthy, Thomas has a nose for the end zone and can create mismatches with his basketball skill set. Just don't ask him to block, and don't expect him to stay healthy. He'd get some interest, perhaps limited, if on the open market.

The Packers run defense is still ranked pretty highly, but it's a bit of a paper tiger, feasting on teams which aren't very good. Ezekiel Elliott dropped 125 on this unit last week and while we expect Freeman to fall short of that mark, he should be able to find plenty of room to run on Sunday.

Raye has an impressive reputation around the league, so moving him up to general manager would make sense. Washington Redskins RB Rob Kelley (knee) underwent a minor surgery following the end of the season to repair the meniscus in his right knee. He is expected to need only two to three weeks to fully recover.

Kelley's procedure is considered minor, and he was able to play with the (likely meniscus) injury over the last two games of the season.
