after today's horrendous Portugal draw my top 3 wish from a genie would be

3) Jessica Alba sit on my face so long I pass out , get into an induced coma and wake up on time for fantasy football

edit I'd need to also wish for another wish to shoot Ronaldo or end his life since he is now my sworn enemy for life

Sounds good i think most people said they wouldn't mind 2qb for 10 person league
if it gets bigger then possibly put it to 1qb... I'm down for any format though I agree

Cheers to a good season , everybody send to post #1 as well before draft , by August 1st would be best
if you really don't have all the points a day before draft at the very latest but no payment after draft don't want anybody stiffing or leaving if they have a bad draft

whats everybodys thoughts on the QB situation 1 or 2 QBS??

I know 1 QB is standard, but 2 starting QBs could add an interesting twist to the strategy of the draft

I vote for 2 starting QBs just to change things up

Yup exactly jake, last year in my buddies league we did 2qb my first time ever I was unsure at first but after seeing how it went down its honestly much better and takes more skill which I prefer... Plus realistically 32 NFL teams 10-12 person league that's still 20-24 qbs taken so everybody's getting the position filled


everybody else who agreed in thread try to join before it gets filled, I'd rather people who said yes first get in before it gets filled up already 5 people inside league and 9 people who've confirmed yes

2 QBs I am down with but I think we gotta keep it to 10 teams if that's the case. Everyone should be able to have 3 starting QBs on their roster

My main NFL league is 2 QB, 10 teams with a max of 3 starting QBs on a team and it works well

That's cool but with 12 teams you def have to put a cap on the number of QBs a team can have. Otherwise u may have one team with 5 QBs. The max any team can have is 3 starting, u can have as many backups as you want but if one of those backups becomes a starter you have to drop someone.

But I am also down for whatever the consensus is but as someone who has played with 2 QBs numerous times the max per team seems like something we need to put in

Also since there's 11 people in now if everybody joins, everyone said they would be ok with a 12 person league max I'm ok with that as well... But 12 person league is everybody trying to do 1 or 2 qb ? 12 teams = 24 starting qbs there's 32 teams so 4 teams will be left without a bench qb which could get sketchy but could lead to trades ? I'm good with either way honestly so let me no, I see the points for both sides if it's a 12 person league ... If packered doesn't want in because it's Yahoo well just close it at 10 person but if he wants in well have to figure that out , still have a bit over a month to figure it all out but I'd like to have it all filled up and ready soon as possible so get your vote / opinion out

I think that makes 12 of us now on if everybody accepts links...
so 12 people in we gotta decide 1-2 qbs ... I did a 12 person 2 qb league last year and it worked fine
as long as nobody tries to be dirty and grab like 5 qbs lol but I don't see anybody doing that ... I think more people will lean 1 qb with 12 person league but let's get a vote out I'm with either side


also since its 12 people prizes will go like this I think it's fair, let me no what you guys think
1st place on season record 1000 points
1st place champion 2500 points
2nd place 1500 points
3rd place 1000 points

Thanks firekillex! Looking forward to a great fantasy season! 2 QB's are fine. The only problem I ever have with fantasy leagues is people in collusion and making jackass onesided trades like Beckham Jr for Anquan Boldin, who's not even signed to a team yet lol. With SBR guys I expect the fairest of competition but you always got to keep an eye on gamblers. That doesn't mean there's no trades or trying to competitive with trades but its obvious when one guy is like a minor league team for another guy.
Other than that I'm up for anything.

See if there's an option for picking team QB, kind of like defense. This way you get the stats if the #1 guy goes down and the backup plays most of the game. I've seen this option on other teams.

Yup that's why I was thinking maybe 1 qb may be better for 12 people so everybody has a starter then backup that leaves 8 starting qbs left on waiver or on bench for depth... But I'll do either honestly..


regarding trades there there will be a veto system , I think in a 12 person league if 4 people veto the trade is denied , so no lobsided trades like Adrian Peterson for a bench player could be done end of season if a teams in last and try to sell players .... Should be a solid competitive league .. All scorin is set to default basically which is easy enough as well
