Although Maxwell hasn't technically signed on the dotted line yet, the sides have formally agreed to terms. Maxwell will put pen to paper on Tuesday. As Philly is likely to draft a quarterback, Sanchez's return signals that Nick Foles is on his way out, likely via trade.
