They don't. Falcons will hire an offensive coordinator as a coach. Last two coaches Mora and Smith were defensive coaches. Arthur Blank wants offense to sell tickets in new stadium.

What a debacle in Chicago, everything from many injuries to a bad Oline, to a quirky who knows what he's thinking QB to a leaky defense to a win at all levels savant lawyer coach who seemed lost in his own system. What a mess!!!! It was very painful to watch and im not even close to being a Bears fan, yes more painful than others teams with a worse record
