I have been waffling back and forth on this, but now I am convinced barring a trade (which is certainly not impossible), Johnny Football won't go Top 5. I thought only team that may take him is the Browns, but late word is they are not.

If you can bet Manziel Over 5.5 +130 with reasonable limits, knock yourself out. And Bortles +260 over Manziel may again have some value, but not as much as the Over 5.5.

Downside of course is if some team trades up to draft Manziel, bet is a loss because teams do not matter for these wagers.

Fox Sports' Jay Glazer popped the big Johnny Football balloon in Cleveland Tuesday by reporting that the Browns will not draft Johnny Manziel.Why is this significant? Because Glazer has an excellent track record, and because he's tight with Browns coach Mike Pettine, a source told cleveland.com.

I know teams are putting out lots of misinformation, but this seems pretty legit. Still a decent chance that TB or Min may trade up and there's also the possibility that the Rams deal Bradford and take Manziel.

That's either a smoke screen or a slap in the face. Then they decline Ponder's option a few weeks ago and sign Cassell to a 2 year deal essentially giving them no long term outlook at Qb. Just a hunch.
