10:20 AM PT -- The Miami PD has released an "information report" ... showing the alleged incident took place on April 1.
According to the report, two other individuals are being questioned -- both NFL players.
SF wide receiver Quinton Patton and Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette.
According to the report, the alleged incident took place at Lockette's apartment in Miami.
Sources say the alleged victim later went to the Viceroy Hotel.
Kaepernick was hanging out with Lockette at a nightclub in Vegas just two weeks ago ... days before the alleged sexual assault.

I dunno how much is true, but from deadspin.According to the report, the incident occurred April 1 when a woman went to Lockette's apartment in Miami at 9 p.m. Kaepernick and Patton were there, and the woman made drinks and served shots to the players. She was also told "to drink the shots she had to "hit" the bong which contained marijuana,' the report said.The report continues to say that the woman felt light headed and went to a bedroom where she was later joined by Kaepernick, with whom she had a sexual relationship in the past. Kaepernick then left the bedroom. The two did not have sex, she said in the report. The report says that Patton and Lockette peeked inside the bedroom and that the woman yelled at them to get out.
According to the report, the woman does not remember anything about the night after that. She woke up in a hospital bed not knowing how she got there. The woman, whose name is redacted, reported the incident to police on April 3.Comment -

The woman says she began to feel lightheaded and went to a bedroom to lay down. Kaepernick allegedly entered the room “and started kissing her.” He then began to undress her. Kaepernick said he’d be right back and left the bedroom. She waited naked in the bed, and Patton and Lockette opened the door and “peeked” inside. She says she told them to leave, they closed the door and left, and she remembers nothing after that.
The woman claims that she woke up in a hospital bed, and that she doesn’t recall how she got there or who took her there. She also said that she has had a sexual relationship in the past with Kaepernick.
While the report states that Kaepernick and the woman did not have sex before he left the room, the report doesn’t say whether evidence of intercourse was detected at the hospital. It’s also unclear whether the victim or police believe that she was drugged.
For now, the incident is described as “suspicious,” and the report indicates that the “investigation continues.”Comment -

Here in the Cali West Coast, news of Kap's involvement in this incident is spreading like widefire. But in the land where the media makes big $$$ off the "reporting" of celebrity salaciousness, I'm predicting very high-priced lawyers and publicists will fight back and take damage control at the behest of the 9ers org.
