    Tips for FanDuel/Draft Kings?
    Hi all,

Just starting out on some NHL/NBA daily fantasy leagues. Just wondering if there were any tips on winning long term? As I look through head to head opponents, I find some players that have 1000 wins just this month alone. So is it typically volume based? Just wondering if there were some general tips outside of choosing the right players .

    Thanks

Use low salary starters and stack them with durant and other big scorers

Take a lot of the smaller players and hope for a miracle

        more to your actual question...

many of the top players play many, many leagues per night at all entry levels. I believe they enter mostly 50/50 leagues trusting the ability to finish in the top half, and then a small amount in the larger group leagues aiming for the big cash if everything goes just right.

From my limited experience on draftkings, guards will get you a ton of points. Don't take a high priced one.

my personal experience is dont play on them, most of them are a joke

between the vig, going against guys who have a million line ups, its not impossible but extremely difficult to turn a profit , unless you get lucky and hit a tournament. but you'll see the same names in every tournament and they always have insane scores.. its kind of fishy but good luck

best thing to actually do is stay away from the tourneys. They haven't been the same since people start stacking and they made tourneys bigger.

Can someone have more than a single entry into a tournament?

Fanduel can have multiple entries in the big tourneys. I once entered 20 entries in the $2 and only profited $56 dollars/

In 50/50 or double up games you are able to lean towards a more balance attack compared to tournaments where you need to take risk and look at players other people won't be playing. Example: Tonight Terrence Ross is going to get the start for Toronto with DeMar DeRozan out. Ross is coming off 51 points the last game, you know how many people are going to jump on ship with him in tournaments tonight. You need to look elsewhere if you want to try and gain an edge in cashing in tournaments. Play a tournament tonight and take a look at how many line-ups have KD and Ross in them, probably a boat load since Ross is cheap and you can get the hottest player in the NBA.

Pretty sure the asshole has some kind of illegal drug trade going on with all the shady people going in and out

I should call police on him

I try to get lower priced players with decent consistancy levels and stars who I can basically count on to get 45-50 on any given night. Rotogrinders has some interesting tools you can use for free to take advantage of matchups and see advanced stats behind each position.

George Hill was worth over 60 FPs last night and helped me win both H2H matchups that I played.

Hi all, just have a couple more questions now that i've gotten used to the different league types, etc.

1 - Is it better to roll out a bunch of different lineups each night? Or just stick with one?
2 - I'm a bit new to NBA/NHL fantasy lineups, and was wondering if there are any useful sites that have their "projected" stats/fantasy points for a certain night. I know with Yahoo Sports you can do that with the NFL but am having trouble finding a resource that might do that for NBA/NHL. Find it is a good starting point.

                                                Thanks!
