#38I think the only thing that can stop Denver is really awful weather. Not just cold, but wind.Comment -

#40Also everyone is putting it out there that Seattle has no offense, they have pretty good receivers and a hell of a RB, oh and I forgot a good young QB.Comment -

#44In the last 5 Superbowls, the Favorite has covered once.
In the last 10 Superbowls, the Favorite has covered thrice.
76% on Denver last I checked.
I'm rolling with Seattle!Comment -

#46If the weather is extremely cold and the Seattle spread is +3 or greater. Then Seattle would be the best bet.Comment -

#50calling donks the "greatest offense of all time" is incredibly disrespectful to great offenses that had the burden of actually playing in a time when you were allowed to hit the qb and wrs.. yea their numbers historical as have been 1 team or another every damn year the last 5-10 years or so, within a few years someone will wax half these records.. yes the offense is really damn good but the fact the rules have made it so easy to put up numbers it kinda dilutes the numbers making them "historically great"..Comment -

#54You guys overlook the obvious. Pete Carroll and John Fox are BOTH "Ball Control" types of Head coaches. Denver controls the ball with the short to medium passing game and the run. Seattle does it with the running game, and then the passing game. Either way, no one is going to be in a big hurry to put up points in the first half. Both HC's want to be able to control the game. Just look at the time of possession for these two teams, especially in their scoring drives. One of these teams will have a critical turnover and that will decide this game, especially in the bad weather that is now just about guaranteed for this game.Comment -

2007 Pats and Brady broke every record in the book, but lost the Super Bowl
2004 Colts with Wayne and Harrison, Peyton set the TD record but folded to the Pats.
2001 Rams were the greatest show on turf, but couldn't beat the Pats when it mattered.
1998 Vikings broke all the records with Moss and Carter but lost it all on a "perfect" kicker.
1984 Dolphins were unstoppable with record setting Marino until they ran into Montana's 49ers.
What we should probably be asking is where does Seattle fit in with the great all time defenses.Comment -

#59in the playoffs you gotta like the teams with good defense and run game...that being said, the donks are pretty stacked offensively. seattle also hasnt played their best on the roadComment -

#61Another thing, none of these "greatest offenses of all time" ever won a ring.

Doubt sea will be allowed to do anything close to donks wrs, which of coarse what the nfl comes down to these days, depends how refs call it as they could cripple sea w tick tack bs in the secondary to extend donk drives rendering the gm unwatchable and a 5 hour Peyton love fest..Comment
