Return yards for offense and defense are included. So what are some good defenses that'll give me points? And when should I draft them. Also, some good returners that'll give me points.

randall cobb i believe is a good kick returner, i have to say though i was never a big fan of those type of leagues

Yea, this is my first time playing one. Do defenses go up a lot then? Usually I would pick them almost dead last, but they're giving 1pt for every 25 yards on PR and KR, so that goes to defense too right?
