Assuming K13 meant 2 RB, 2 WR and a flex or 2 RB, 3 WR, I would prefer the 2 RB 3 WR since it's 14 teams...

Current list, 7 spots full, 7 remain. Looks like 500 is the prevalent number for entry thus far so I guess that's where were going.

I'd say the 500 points is good to "reserve" your sport and we can add 500 more before the draft starts.

Last year we started with a 1000 and we still added 250 more points just cause it adds more incentive.

Us pros should save up pretty quickly or get loans so it should not be too hard.

Will likely have too much going on the 1st...plus I'm not too motivated about paying back a loan in a timely manner right now with no poker. I'm going to have to bow out.

If there's enough interest, would anyone want 16 teams? Yeah I know, a little deep and hardcore. I'll give a quick run-down.

12 teams = 3 divisions of 4 but the schedule is unbalanced.
14 teams = 2 divisions of 7, not as exciting but perfectly balanced schedule as you play each opponent once.
16 teams = 4 divisions of 4, cool and different but schedule is unbalanced also .

The draft time is just temporary for now, had to pick one to start league.

We'll try to arrange where everyone can make it.

Really like the 4 pt per pass TD and .5 PPR.

Draft day is okay, might prefer a bit later that evening, let's see what others say.

And ill be honest guys, Im really not looking for something that tests my knowledge of three tiers down the depth chart of various NFL teams.
14 teams is enough and just run something like 2 WRs 2 RBS and a flex should be plenty. (or 3 wrs if you insist)

Just throwing this out there, if not everyone wants to do 1000pt league and keep it at 500 we could always do a separate side buy-in for weekly high scores for those that want to contribute. It wouldn't be mandatory, just for those that want to put in.

We could start it week 1 or later. I was thinking we could start a high score prize Week 4, which would give those that want to participate but shy on points a little more time to join the side pool. It would pay weekly high score prize each of the final 10 weeks of the regular fantasy season which would be a nice little bonus and still keep those players with no shot at the playoffs interested in keeping up with it late in the season.

I've played some money leagues that we did that way and it worked out well. The benefits were that paying out on the final 10 weeks were even if you only won high score once, you made back more than you put into the side pool and even late in the season when guys had no shot at the playoffs they stayed active because they knew they could still win a nice chunk of $ back if they could win a couple weeks. Hell, a couple times we had more in our side pool than the original buy-in. Guys were more willing to buy into the side pool, at times, knowing they would have more chances to win it back and more time to pony up the extra dough since it gave them a couple extra weeks to buy in.

A decent size side pool keeps it pretty exciting every week. Just some food for thought.

-1 for QB interceptions sounds low, do you guys want it -2? Always thought it was -2....
