Fantasy hoops lineups, second half of season

This is my line-up for a $1 50/50 game on FanDuel.
I'm a little bit concerned with Amare going up against Hansborough if they're both playing the 5.
See any other weaknesses?
I really wanted to get both Durant and LeBron which obviously forced me to sacrifice at the other positions.

Cremice,

That's a pretty nice lineup. The changes I would have made was no DeMar Derozan, he faces a Memphis team that is outstanding on defense and Tony Allen's defense is outstanding, probably would have went with Joe Johnson and then taken Amare out and put in someone like Jeff Green who has been seeing an increase in minutes and is playing LA who he had 20 plus fantasy points on last time they faced. Overall not a bad looking lineup man. I like the Collison pick against Orlando especially with Orlando's struggles against the point.

Friggity. you were right on the money. Derozan and Amare were busts (18, 13 points). Yeah, I thought Collison was going to do well against the Magic too, but he didn't have that special of a night. I played the LU you posted and it would have made me some money in the 50/50. I placed 33rd with my line up.

Overall not a bad night made some money on fanduel and fanthrowdown. Michael Beasley killed me on draftkings or it could have been another nice night over there. Well move onto tomorrow since there is only two games tonight. Damn I hate Thursdays.

That is the gamble with Collison. By taking him you need his shot to be on since he is so small you won't see him grab many rebounds. He finished close to the area I had him pegged at. I was figuring with my numbers between 23-25 fantasy points.

Decent night on both sites I ran last night, made a dumb switch with Pachulla and cost me. Dragic has been on fire and Klay Thompson is very cheap on most sites and has been doing well: Ran 3 lineups with Randolph and George on all and Kobe, Durant Westbrook or Howard.

Kobe is frustrating. I'd much rather take Harden over him any day. I came up just short last night. Should had passed on Durant and picked up some better skill players. Lebron/Harden if playing to me, should ALWAYS be in your lineup...build off the rest.

F – Dwight Powell – STAN: Averaging 36 fpts in his last four, and now he gets the Pac-12′s worst defense in Oregon State.
G – Kentavious Caldwell-Pope – GEO: So consistent it’s almost scary; has posted 30+ fpts in 8 of last 9 games. He’s almost matchup-proof at this point.
F/C – Jason Washburn – UTAH: He’s starting to find some nice consistency, averaging 33 fpts in his past three. He scored 28 fpts last time he faced Coloardo.

Solid:

F – Josh Huestis – STAN: He’s in a groove offensively, his role has expanded for the Cardinal, and he’s taking more shots in the process.
G – Seth Curry – DUKE: Had a nice bounce-back game at Maryland; he should keep the momentum going against a VaTech team that ranks #226 in defensive efficiency.
G – Allen Crabbe – CAL: The most well rounded player on the board Thursday. He’s very appealing at DraftKings where assists and rebounds are weighed heavier.
G – BJ Young – ARK: He has been much more aggressive as of late, helping his fantasy prospectus.
F – Marshawn Powell – ARK: Like his previously mentioned teammate, Powell has come to life for a rejuvenated Arkansas team.

Arkansas Guard BJ Young

Values:

F – Xavier Johnson – COL: My top value pick of the night. The freshman has really come on strong for the Buffaloes, averaging 15 pts and 12 rebounds in his last two.
G – Tracy Abrams – ILL: With Brandon Paul struggling, Abrams has really stepped up for the Illini backcourt. He has a nice matchup against Penn State, who’s defensive efficiency ranks dead last in the Big 10.
F – Richard Soloman – CAL: Starting to find his groove as of late, averaging 16 points and 8 rebounds in his last two.

Gambles:

F – Mason Plumlee – DUKE: Put up a huge dud against Maryland last game. He shouldn’t do that poorly again, but is he worth his still high price tag?
G – Cashmere Wright – CIN: He’s been shooting poorly and still coming close to hitting value. If he starts making his shots, he could have a big game.

Fades:

G – Shabazz Napier – UCONN: Simply put, he doesn’t hit value in tough matchups. Thursday night’s game vs the Bearcats would fall under that category.
F – Joe Burton – OREST: Hasn’t shown enough consistency to justify his still inflated price tag.

Yeah I hear ya, I usually take Lebron but now he is like 11.200, harden 10.200 and Durant 9.800 Kobe8.100 all on Dkings. So I figure Durant was the best value there. Considering all of them seem to score in high 40's and in 50's. Kobe is dropping in value. Howard seems to be showing some flashes of last season and would have scored more if he didnt sit the last 7 min. of the 4th last night. Now with Dstreet since they subtract missed FG & FT Howard is a risk.

That might not be as bad of a pick as you would think. With Joe Johnson out that leaves D Williams as the man they are going to look for scoring. I agree 100% Tony Allen is a hell of a defender so we might see Allen move over to contain Williams since Allen has proven he likes the challenge to shut down the big name guys. It probably won't happen but if it did Watson could be a steal.
