ive assisted on ALOT if discectomy and lumber procedures in the operating room

some never fully recover and always have problems with both procedures, and then some are 100% after a few months

its probably 1 of the most individual surgeries, when it comes to recovery time there is

depending on how many levels it involves is also a big facor

im ok 25 but more than a race when done by outside company and no advantage performance wise
