Kaepernick for sure. He is a much better fantasy quarterback, especially if rushing yards are 10 yds a point.

Love the idea of a running QB, but sooner or later it's gonna get him hurt. Eli is more experienced and stays in the pocket. Kap really lucked out with a great Niners team this year and a QB (Smith) who just had some tough luck. It remains to be seen if Kap will make his dream season come true. I'd pick both of them if the option was available, two totally different styles, but Eli and 2 super bowls is still the man!

Fantasy is very different than real life. Kaepernick no question is the better fantasy QB, he will have more TDs passing + rushing combined than Eli will. And in leagues that give 3 or 4 points for TD passes, the gap is even wider. In real life, it is Manning without a doubt as of now, but that is not what we are talking about.

Eli is very inconsistent and i think kap is legit but in fairness its tough to day how well kap is going to perform over a longer period of time

kaepernick is still young and has a lot to prove , he actually did better in the superbowl than i thought he would. kid def got lots of potential though
