    Fantasy NHL draft
So this is only my second year doing this last year I came second mostly thanks to Kovalchuk and Pekka Rinne

I am in a standard scoring league what is a typical draft strategy
Goalies seem like they greatly out gain players based off of projections (and from what I remember) is it worth taking a goalie first pick?

    I am thinking something like
G F G F for the first four picks and then filling out he squad as needed from there on

anyone agree/disagree with this? are there better strategies ?

I would do it backwards (F,G,F,G) or even (F,G,G,F). It just depends on what pick you have and who is available at the time. Good luck.

depending on the scoring system, nothing wrong with taking a goalie with your first pick..good luck..

I think it all depends on when you pick and who is available at the time. Good Luck!

hard to say a hard and fast strategy without knowing draft position and what's on the table

Need more info, depends on number of teams in league and draft position.

I think it is better to just rank the players you like and take the top one available to start out and then adjust as you go from there.

Only thing with goalies is they do get an occasional day off for rest, so maybe something to consider.

how does scoring work for your league?
in mine I saw no value in drafting D men high
