Like I said guys, it's a game of finesse, the beauty of a slap shot flying across the ice at over a 100 mph. A well executed breakaway when its one on one, player against a goalie with lightning fast reflexes! Or a killer assist set up perfectly. Not to mention a brilliant glove save or deflection. There's a lot go'in on in a hockey game, if you actually know the sport and pay attention.

Having played it for a large part of my life, I can assure you it is a sport. Also, Hockey in the US is only really big in two regions (East Coast and Northern Midwest). Also, no clue why people complain about hockey being difficult to watch. Maybe its because I played, but "following the puck" is not hard to do. Hockey is the best team sport IMO.

Major problem with the NHL right now is that they have so many teams. They need to cut back a few in order to boost the talent pool.

Also, it is awesome being a lifelong Hawks fan right now. I waited decades for the team to become relevant. Only problem now is that it is super hard to get seats. Of course, lacking boobs is a factor in this.
