Do you make this trade for mcfadden
Do you make this trade for mcfadden, 12 team, PPR
    ?

Give up W McGahee and Hartline for Mcfadden.

Mcfadden owner needs production now and I have a ton of depth.

Here is roster/lineup if anybody has any other suggestions.

    QB- Schaub, Vick

RB- Jones-drew, McGahee, Mendenhall, and Ridley

WR- A Brown, Hartline, Harvin, D. Jackson, and Denarius Moore

    TE- J Graham

K-DEF is a rotations of whoever currently have Zuerlien and Seashawks/Dolphins

Could be a trade that pays dividends later towards playoff time...I guess the answer really depends on what your record is now....if you're 4-1 or 3-2 and looks decent to make playoffs even if McFadden finds out next week he is out for the year, then you may as well pull the trigger and try and get lucky with McFadden coming around later....

Depends on what you think of Hartline. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of him, I think he is a WR3 or a Flex play. McFadden's schedule eases up a bit, I expect big things from him. I just worry about the Oakland offense in general, they often fall behind which is why McFadden disappears in the 2nd half of games.

      I'd do the trade.

This is my dilema, team is 3-2 after 5 games, good weekly score but I play where twelve teams are divided into three divisions and my division has all the good teams. 4-1, 4-1, 3-2, 3-2. While I still feel I have the best team and definitely deepest roster you never know how ball bounces. I have lost both games this year with big scores and by less then 5 points each.

Mcfadden would be nice to have on potential though that he turns it around and becomes the first round pick he was drafted to be.

Yeah, what Im leaning towards as well. Hartline w/rookie QB is no guarantee going forward and most weeks he will not crack my lineup. Including him in talks because he has had decent start and to enhance deal without giving up any of my primary wrs'.

          thanks

I guess you could fall back to the old fantasy adage then....in a team that seems mostly fair, the team who gets the best player wins the trade....and in that regard, you could pull the trigger and feel ok about it even if it backfires in your face in 3 weeks or w/e.

McFadden has been feast or famine this year. There is no question that McFadden is a top 5 talent at RB, but the Oakland defense is so bad that Oakland is usually playing catch-up by early in the 2nd half.

One big scare about McFadden is the zone blocking scheme. I read an article mentioning that McFadden only averages about 40 yards rushing per game under the zone blocking scheme (Dennis Allen, Tom Cable), whereas he averaged close to 90 yards rushing per game under the power blocking scheme (Hue Jackson).

I think it is worth it, I just don't think McGahee is much to get excited about. Hartline will be unpredictable since he has a rookie throwing to him.
