Arizona Rb ryan williams out for the season
Cardinals RB Ryan Williams will require surgery on his left shoulder and is OUT for the remainder of the season.

LaRod Stephens-Howling would be the team’s primary backup running back, were he able to get on the field. The Cardinals will try to get Stephens-Howling back for Week 6 against the Bills, however his status is still unclear. With William Powell returning from a head injury suffered last week as well Stephens-Howling and Alfonso Smith are expected to see the majority of the carries.

maybe someone will come out of retirement

I think arizona will be in shotgun mode rest of season.

they just can't run with that line and those guys

Wow.....Stephens-Howling will probably be a decent flex play the rest of the year.

At least the other RB's on one of my teams are getting healthy again. The team I had Ryan Williams on also has Forte, FJax and Spiller. I had picked Williams because I needed a healthy body for a couple of starts. Going to have to hunt for another RB, for bye weeks.....

I'm not picking up any Cardinals RB.

I'm not sure I even want to try for Alex Green or James Starks. I hope Cedric Benson is ready to go by Week 8. That is when I need him.

Agree. None of the Zona backs have played worth a damn this year. Not sure how the 3rd or 4th stringers would be useful even for a bye week fill-in.

Plus their offensive line is horrible.
