first thing stay away from carolina Running backs. 1 of my draft day notes was to make sure not to draft a carolina rb. Unless its a ppr league I wouldn't do it. welker clearly being phased out of pats offense while spiller will continue to get carries even when fred jackson returns.

Absolutely horrible trade for you. Your basically trading away a top 5 fantasy RB for a RB who splits carries between 3 RB's, and a WR who is no longer even starting.

Go get a WR1 or a RB1 for Spiller. Or if you need depth, try to get a couple RB2's or WR2's.

Why do you want to trade him so bad? Rice and Spiller is a sick RB core. TE is a tough position to gauge, because after Graham and Gronk, there really isn't much seperation between the 3rd best TE and the 8th best TE. It should be Gates at #3, but he isn't healthy. But you could probably get something like Gates and Gore for Spiller. Or Forte and Finley for Spiller.

If I were you, I'd keep Spiller and see what Rudolph can do. Not sure what your waiver wire looks like, but go get Martellus Bennett, Celek, or Pitta if they are available.

I think Decker is your 3rd best WR after Andre and Nicks. Nate Washington is almost droppable with how bad Locker is. Don't trust Meachem yet, and nobody knows what to expect from Britt. Decker has a favorable schedule coming up, and he is a great buy low guy. Anytime you face PIT, ATL, and HOU in the first 3 weeks, your probably going to have low production.

That trade is tough to call. If you really feel like you want a TE, do the trade. But with all the injury woes of Nicks, and the threat of Andre having an injury, Decker is a nice backup WR.

how many teams is your league? if its 10 or under you should easily be able to get a decent TE off the waiver wire. even in 12 team leagues its possible to add a decent TE. Its a very deep position this year. Spiller has way too much upside and I suggest keeping him. He is worthy of a flex start most weeks.

don't like washington starting. has been a huge disappointment so far. unless they have a qb change titans receivers aren't worth starting

Nate Washington is almost droppable. Can't see any value in owning two Tennessee WR's. That team is a huge mess, and as a Locker fan, he is not an NFL starting QB.
