I'm on louisville in this one. They will be tough for Memphis to handle in my opinion. Memphis has had a good few weeks, but against poor competition. They will revert back to there old ways tonight against a better louisville team.

I got to think Lvill wins and covers by more than a TD. The only if factor is that Lvill has not played a road game yet. Lvill has not played since 9/26 almost two weeks to get ready for this game.

as long as my Cardinals win, i don't care if it's 1 point, but i think the Cards should destroy them, those young JUCO players on D have come around fast, plus being the new D coordinator this year came from Michigan. they say Cantwell is playing at QB, but some reports say he is still probable , it don't matter, the back-ups are unproven but got talent, got Phil Simms son as one.

Taking memphis +6.5 is a dangerous bet. Louisville had a bye week to think about their loss to Uconn, a game they should have won. The cardinals badly outplayed Uconn outgaining them in yardage 550-253. The cardinals committed turnovers on offfense and the defense played really good. The cardinals took the opening kickoff and had a drive inside the red zone. The receiver fumbles and the cardinals did not score. Later in the first quarter, Uconn kicks a field goal and takes a 3-0 lead. Uconn scores the winning touchdown with an interception.

Memphis is not good on defense. Last week Memphis played at UAB and they gave up 30 points to UAB. Lousiville is a much better team than UAB on offense and defense. Louisiville in this predictament of having a bye week and losing their last game which will make them
play really hard. I think the cardinals probably cannot wait to get on the football field and play. Two weeks of preparation is going to benefit the cardinals.

Louisville -1/2 (-115) for the 1st quarter is my play.
The cardinals were down 3-0 at the end of the first quarter last week. The cardinals have the potential to score a couple of touchdowns in the first quarter. The cardinals have not had a great 1st quarter yet this season. Its going to happen tonite.

I'm not touching this game, but I think Louisville should win. Memphis however does play tough at home. Just depends if Louisville comes off the bye week sluggish or refreshed.

Tough bet, another classic ESPN night game between two shitty teams, hard to say who covers that spread, might buy it up to 7 and take Memphis just b/c they are at home and I expect this to be a close game

By who? It's not like they're ranked or favored against a team from a BCS conference. Everyone knows they are bad, but they also feel that Memphis is worse, and most of the betting public feels they are a touchdown worse. I happen to agree.

I hate to say this but NO way in hell Memphis scores 24 points on this Louisville defense. I'm thinking about playing the UNDER on Memphis's Team Total, but I never mess with them and don't know what to do

Both my NHL plays already started. First one is not looking too good. I did cash Philles Over though.

I'm glad my Cards won and covered even though i couldn't bring myself to bet on them.
I feel bad for the Tigers backers, that fumble in the 1st Q by Memphis was wrong, he was down before the UofL players knee knocked it out, hell, he landed on his ass then rolled to his side on his legs AND then the ball got knocked out.
Also UofL didn't get that 1st down at the end of the game.
Just glad my Cards won though.

it seemed like the fix was on.
the coach did not even protest the obvious Non-1st down.
He did not even protest the fake injury to rest the lou defense.

It seemed that Memphis could move the ball at will, but then punted a few times at the end.

Memphis should have won that game

That spot was the make-up call for the missed lineman downfield. I'm glad I took Louisville, but damn if they didn't get dominated on offense and defense.
