    Thanks alot Harbaugh!
I'm from Indy...so I had a soft spot for Jimmy Harbaugh but running it in w/less than 30 seconds to go from the 7 is some no class bullshit! FC YOU!! I hope USC pounds your f**got team by 50 this year!

Yeah dude...What was the deal there? San Jose St called their last timeout I thought?

That majorly blows...I had SJ St +7.5 and Stanford runs in with 9 seconds left to go up by 13 when they should've kneeled.....

      Crazy.....

I'm about to lose my ISU/UNLV under at the gun too....What a great day!

1st & goal from the 7 w/40 seconds to go...comeon?? Thats BS whether I had money on SJS or not! Thats a rivalry game they play every year so all that does is get them more motivated for next year or take some cheap shots if you're winning!

Did you watch the game? I was just following on ESPN.com and the updates were spotty......Maybe he didn't like SJ St calling the timeout after they got the last 1st down?....I don't know....

          Pretty crappy....I hate Harbaugh......

Reminds me of '06 Holiday Bowl and my losing under bet of Cal v. Texas A&M. Tedford puts in 3rd string qb Steve Levy with 40 seconds left, a big lead and explicit instructions to take a knee. Levy hands off to 3rd string tailback for a TD with no time left, dooming me. So many ways to get screwed....

Yeah, I couldn't believe that call! I had San Jose St. +8, I thought I had the cover in the bag, and boom, they score a meaningless garbage TD when they had the game won? Shit like that makes me wonder.

Are you guys sure Harbaugh was running up the score? The only way for San Jose St to get the ball back was to let them walk into the end zone since they couldn't stop the clock.

                            pavy,
I don't think he was running up the score. But...

There were 7 seconds left. It was first and goal. SJS could't stop the clock anymore. All Stanford had to do was take a knee. They went for the touchdown instead.

You are probably correct LT. I have seen Kansas coach in basketball with the spread at -23.5 to run a coast to coast play with 5 seconds left for the lay up at the buzzer so they can win by 24 points so everything is possible. Sometimes you have to know what Harbaugh's family bet in the game to make any sense of the play.

They didn't even have to run a play. I think the play clock was off when they ran that last play when they should have been shaking hands.

Huh?? Maryland's last scoring drive was 80 yards, all of it on the ground with one player running 6 out of the 7 plays it took them to get in the endzone. And there was 4:48 left on the clock afterwards. How the hell is that similar??

Well instead of goin 5-2 on the day I only go 4-3. Stanford has f*cked me every game they played this year. But, its ok they still suck and will be at the bottom of the PAC-10 again this year.

                                        LT,
I suppose we're just haggling over semantics...

For me, "running up the score" is leaving the first team in when you're up by 40 in the 4th quarter. By definition, you can't be running up the score when you only lead by six, even with seven seconds left.

Now, with all that said, I think it was pretty low class on JH not to take a knee when he had the game won. It also cost me a bet and in all probability the chance to money in BTP this week. So, I, too, am pretty pissed...

I must add myself to the list of burned souls with this one. With live money I had 3 of 4 in on a round robin and San Jose St failure cost me there. Best bet in Beat the Prick goes down in flames. Plus in the 128 contest I lose a key swing game. I went on to lose a very close match. My weekend could have been so much better. I was tracking the game on espn and was stunned when those final seven points apppeared.
