I go to NC State and I just dont know about this game. Its definetly a rivalry and we beat them at their place last yr but we have so many injuries this yr. We lost our best dt for the game.

Yes, they've really been depleted by injuries, both throughout the spring and now early in the season. The loss of Cash this week will be difficult to overcome.

ECU not in great shape on the injury front either. Losing Quentin Cotton's a huge blow, and Stanley Bryant going down is a substantial loss to the O-line.

I just question how ECU responds in the role of a TD+ road fave against a major conference foe. They haven't run the ball particularly well, and they're not a big play offense without Chris Johnson. Throughout Tom O'Brien's career, he's always gotten the most out of limited talent, and it's not as if ECU has superior players all over the field. You mentioned it being a big rivalry, and I struggle to see ECU going on the road and winning with ease. While they may escape with a win, I'd imagine it will be in a hard fought, low-scoring game.

            Good luck.
