I like Oregon too. Gonna wait till game day. I'm guessing a lot more money will come in on Auburn. Hoping to get the Ducks at +3.5. Mabye even +4.

You have got to be kidding me

Defense wins championships. It's a saying that's seemingly as old as football itself. But to an Oregon Ducks fan, it's also been a thorn in the side for much of the team's success over the past 20 years...

that said, what are the two teams' strength of schedule? I mean, how good were the 13 offenses (although they faced South Carolina twice) Auburn faced, and how good were the 12 offenses Oregon faced?

Hard to say. The SEC certainly had a down year this season, especially in the East, where those teams were just terrible. The SEC West was the best division in a Conference in the BCS. Oregon played what should be the #2 team in the nation (behind the winner of this game) Stanford. The Pac 10 only has 4 teams eligable (USC is on probation or they would have been eligable), but Washington shocked Nebraska. The worst the Pac 10 can do is 2-2, which is a lot better than the Big 10 has done. Hard to say.

I got a dime on Auburn. Ducks play in the pac10. If Cal can play with them Auburn can. I think Auburns D steps up. Cams gonna score on a pac 10 D. Even if Auburn starts slow they can hang 28-35 in the 2nd half.

Now you may say that b*ma did the same and is giving yall a blueprint to beat us. While they did blow us out in the 1st half, you have to remember - we were down 2 defensive player and Nick Fairley was hurt for about 25% of the first half. But if you think you can do the same as b*ma did, you're wrong. Again, look at the size. Our All-American center Ryan Pugh is their smallest (297 lbs.) offensive lineman. Darvin Adams (WR) is the only Auburn starter under 210 pounds.

Oregon does not have a single starting wide receiver, running back, cornerback or defensive back (or quarterback) over 210 pounds.

Best of luck to you, and I think it will be a great game. But for betting purposes, I'm putting my $$$ on my Tigers.

                                            True statement

90% of public could be on Auburn -2.5 and line will not move

Sharps want +3, and they would love +3.5

The only reason this isn't PK is to hook/vig the public by another 4%

If kentucky can play with auburn, im sure oregon can. And even if they can hang 28-35 in the second half, unfortunately thats where oregon shines, id even argue theyre a better second half team then auburn.
