Miss State -6 may be best line of all bowls
This line is WAAAYY OFF! If you didn't see the Bowl Selection Show, you missed every expert on there talking about how it could get ugly quick for the Wolverines and how physical State's team is. Michigan has one of the worst defenses in the nation giving up 35 ppg and 480 yards total, as well as 190 yards on the and have given up a total of 30 rushing touchdowns. State averages 215 yards per game and if you have watched them, they are starting to develop more and more of a passing game. State should be able to DESTROY them on the ground. With Michigan's only real theat being Denard and his legs, State should be able to contain him with ease after holding Cam Newton to 70 yards and currently are the 20th ranked Defense in nation averaging 121 ypg. I know A LOT about this State team and this line should be more around 12 or 13. Kirk Herbstreit said it best when he said "Michigan better find some heart fast or this could get ugly fast"

Good Luck to Everyone this bowl season!

Michigan's run D is not that bad, and Mississippi St.'s best receiver is out for the game, so I think Michigan might keep it close.

How are they not that bad???? They have given up over 100 yards every game except for Bowling Green (worst rush O in nation) and Indiana (had 88 and are ranked 112th rush O) including 217 to Massachusetts and 185 to Penn State who has the 75th rush O. Their D backs cant tackle at all.

D backs aren't usually needed in the running game

You think Michigan had troubles before wait till they get a good dose of an SEC defense. Michigan will not be able to stop them on the ground at all. State has come into there own as of late will only get better over the next few years. Mullen will have them up and ready to play. Another game i like alot is Wisconsin and the points. I think they will be too much for TCU

Yea, you're right bud. They don't matter at all when you run on the outside and the only person between you and the endzone is the sub par tackling corner. THey don't matter when on a read play where the line opens up and the RB hits the seam and the safety has to make a tackle. Good analysis.

Michigan's D Line doesn't make many stops leaving their D backs having to make lots of tackles. Come on dude

Say what you want about Michigan's Defense or lack of Defense. But just to throw a few things out. Their best D-lineman(future NFL player) played sporadically the last several games because of injuries. He will be good to go in bowl and will make the defense better. Their run defense is much better than their pass defense. Michigan would be much more at a disadvantage going up against a good passing offense.

On Offense, I think your mistaken and haven't watched Michigan much if at all this year. They will move the ball on anyone and put up yards. Look at some of the great rush defenses they faced this year and how they fared against them. They are not a complete one man show like they were earlier in the year. They have a few good running backs. Also Denard has the 20th ranked passing efficency and has thrown for almost 2500 yrds. Michigan's problem has been turnovers and having no field goal kicking. If they don't have turnovers they will be in this game.

Good luck with your play but don't bet just with what you know about your team.
