State's the better team on paper with more motivation to win. With a win they're in the ACC championship game, which is HUGE for this program. Maryland, on the other hand, has absolutely nothing to play for.

Russ Wilson and this Wolfpack O should be able to simply outscore the Terps. I always like to check the boards before I place big bet, so, fellas, tell me how the terps cover this tommorow?

Yeah I wondered the same thing. I see nothing that even would hint being a reason to take Maryland other than them being at home. They're already bowl eligible. They have a true Freshman at QB who is playing well, but if you look at their wins and losses since October it is revealing.

Beat Duke at home 21-16 as a 9 point favorite

Got spanked at Clemson 31-7

Beat a bad BC team on the road

Destroyed Wake (who hasn't) 62-14

Choked in the end at Miami scoring only 3 points the 2nd half and allowing Canes to score winning TD with 37 seconds left

Struggled at VA before scoring 21 4th qtr. points. Best win of the year for the Terps. Totally shut down a streaking VA offense who has been playing well after slow start. You would think this win would carry over to the next week with a big game (ACC Title implications) vs. Fla. State right?

NO...well kind of...They were playing well tied 13 all at Halftime before FSU held them to just a FG the 2nd half on the way to a 30-16 loss that took them out of the Atlantic division race of the ACC. The offense produce only 137 2nd half yards until the final 31 seconds of the game.

So with all that said, why is the line only 2?

I like NC State. I can't remember a game where I have bet on them and lost. Maybe teasing this with Penn State today.
