went back and forth on this game between Bama and the over. Bama's defense is not the same as it has been the last few years under Saban, and i don't see either defense keeping the other team from at least 28 points. (guess how many punt returns these two teams have defended collectively for 2010. answer: 14.) neither Saban nor Chizik could possibly have enough confidence in his defense to play conservatively on offense. Bama, 40-30, i say.

Bielema has a grudge to settle with NU DC Mike Hankwitz, and given the trouble that NU had against the Illinois running game last week, the Mildcats defense could be entering a world of pain against the nation's best offensive line in Camp Randall. Wisky, 50-20.

I like the Aub/Bama over also. Even if Bama doesn't really score, best believe Auburn is going to put up a lot of points

that's a legit point. i see Wisky getting 50+ on their own, so all i really need from NU is 7-10. NU got 27 last week without Persa, granted that was against a much shakier Illini defense. Wisky's defense has been a little shaky itself ever since Borland got hurt, and at Camp Randalll, they've yielded 19 to ASU (pre-Borland injury and special teams disasters helped), 18 to Ohio State, 23 to Minnesota and 20 to Indiana. plus, Fitzgerald's boys won't quit, they've always plugged in new QBs with relative success, and Bielema won't take his foot off the gas, so hoping for a couple of garbage-time scores. you are correct, though - if there's one team that need concern me, it's NU, and 20 from them would go a long way towards cashing this play.
