There's no way UVA stays within a TD of the Noles. Marc Verica is an interception machine. I don't know what is giving people the idea that this game will be close. UVa is much improved under Mike London. Their defense is solid, underrated in fact. But FSU will force UVa to throw the ball and it will result in 2 or 3 ugly picks by Verica. Uva is a year away from staying within a TD of FSU. The homefield edge is being overvalued here. For a noon game, Scott Stadium is a weak venue.

Trust me on this, the worst you could do with -7 here is a push. FSU wins it by at least 17 imo.

I don't want to be right about this one. I probably won't even play it because I really want UVa to win. That being said, FSU is going to take away the run and make Verica beat them and he's just so mistake prone. He'll throw 2 or 3 ugly picks. They would have probably beaten USC if it weren't for one of the ugliest picks in the endzone I've ever seen.

Every FSU fan I know (and I know a bunch) all think FSU loses this Saturday straight up. FSU doesn't look like a good team right now. They look lack luster, no emotion, like they could care less. They will probably come out flat and lay an egg but wake up and beat Miami next week.

I'm not really seeing it this way. I think FSU wins by a field goal at most. It's a pretty good match up on both sides of the ball. And while UVA offensively will make mistakes, FSU defense is going to give up some long passes. UVA defense should keep it close. Mid-Upper 20s for both. 28-26

I can't pull the trigger because I really want Virginia to win. I was born a UVa fan by blood, and I've been to probably over 100 games at Scott stadium...traveled frequently to follow them in good years.

I played FSU pk/Maryland pk in a teaser. I may still end up playing FSU straight, especially if the line drops below 7.

UVa is a bit of an unknown right now. They have played really well this year, but they still have Marc Verica at QB and an inexperienced defense learning a new scheme (switching from 3-4 to 4-3). I really think if FSU takes away the run then Verica will hang himself.
