No way Arkansas wins this game.

Alabama just has too many weapnons on offense, and rotates too many players on defense. Secondary is a little suspect, but will overcome Arkansas.

Only reason this point spread is -7 it's because Bama's SEC opener.

Alabama should win if you compare everything and the talent, but we all know that's why they play the game.
An avg Tenn team would of beat Bama last year had it not of been for a blocked FG.
That score was 12-10. Bama blocked 2 FGs in that game, that's how close they came to losing.
They beat South Carolina 20-6 with a final TD coming with under 5 mins to go, before that it was 13-6.
Bama was down 21-20 to Auburn and scored with 1:24 in the game and won 26-21.
Were losing 15-10 to LSU who has a horrible QB before scoring 2 FGs and a TD in the 4th quarter to win.

Is Alabama's defense better than last years? I think most will say no.
You don't lose 9 defensive starters and expect to have a better defense, it's just not the case.
Alabama does return 8 on offense and they look better than last year and McElroy has been given the green light to throw more this year.

Arkansas returns 9 offense starters and 7 on defense. The offense is better than last, the running game is lost at this time though. The defense is head and shoulders better than last. This is their first test of the year. Will they show up this weekend is the real question.

Arkansas can win this game, but they must pick up the pass rush, be able to run the ball at times and not turn the ball over.

I'm hoping for an Arkansas victory, but it's stacked against them. There is a bigger chance this year to win than last year's 35-7 loss, but even so it was only 14-7 at halftime.

Alabama has holes and they aren't Superman. They are the overall better team, but will they be better this Saturday on the road for their first SEC game for many of the new defensive starters is the question...it should be a good one.

I'd buy the hook and take Bama -6.5 but Arkansas can win, tune in Saturday for the showdown.

I think ark is a good team and I think they will stay within a touchdown until late in the 3rd then alabama will start to pull away and end up winning by 2-3 tds but Im seriously considering taking ark for the 1st half.
