Remember when LSU kicked the shit out top 10 VT (eventual ACC champ) in 2007? The disparity in talent/level of competition between the SEC and conferences like the Big East and ACC is a joke; SEC is king, period. WVU has spot talent here and there where they may be better, but overall, LSU is far and away better.
Also, the action is now about dead even after huge line movement early, so it's not like LSU is some huge public square play. Not a good sign for WVU backers, imo.
And if you want a nice laugh, check out Stewart's record on the road last 3 years...by some miracle he pulled it out in Marshall this year, but it was quite clear he had zero control over his team and looked pathetically incompetent on the sidelines; his offense just put together some amazing drives.
Betting on a Big East team with even action, on the road in Death Valley, on a Saturday Night, with a clown like Stewart at the helm = a very bad play, imo.
