NC State backers, take NC State in 2nd half if NC state has less than 3 td lead. NC state failed to cover 2nd half spread last week at Central Florida and CIncy covered 2nd half against Indiana st last week. Cincy is goin to stuggle in the 2nd half in this game. If NC state is getting plus points 2nd half, take them for an easy cover.
