Tell me one can't name at LEAST six teams that will be ranked ahead of BOISE ST with ONE loss at seasons end??

BOISE ST is eliminated folks.........done, finished, done.

An average TOP TEN team like Iowa could suffer ONE loss and end up being ranked higher in the BCS calculations.........NUFF SAID.

BOISE will have zero qauality wins.......zero.

Every year 1 or 2 of the FCS schools go on the road and beat 1 of the big schools. Villanova in talks with the Big East to join for football. Wonder how many other FCS schools are thinking of upgrading their football programs?

It doesn't matter, because I think Boise State is going to get knocked off this year anyways. I don't think they looked all that good against an overrated Va Tech team and they have two losable games on the schedule in Oregon State and at Nevada. They also may lose a little motivation in seeing what Va Tech did today.

The team to watch IMO is TCU - they have a real chance to get to the championship game sneaking under the radar. They have a decent non-conference schedule (Oregon State, Baylor) and they have to play Utah on the road so their schedule isn't awful. They will definitely need some help, but I think they're in the picture all the way until the end with that suffocating defense.

IOWA beat NORTHERN IOWA by 1 pt last year........and still romped in the ORANGE BOWL and finished 8th in the nation.

NORITHERN IOWA and JAMES MADISON are about on the same plane in the FCS............

As in the last few years Georgia Southern and Valdosta etc...but there is no excuse for a VT team to lose at home like that. Different tier...or suppose to be anyway. The James Madison win pretty much kills Boise's dreams I think...takes the 'quality win' label off the table in the computer ranking and no way the coaches poll will give them a lift down the road.
