Can't believe they are getting points here... Notre Dame still learning Kelly's system, which really won't bare fruit until year 2 or 3. Robinson will be very hard to deal with, better athletes on Michigans side.. wrong team favored IMO, this might be my biggest bet of the year in college.

    +3.5 all day

As much as I hate talking about bets when I feel really strongly about them (superstition thing). I agree completely. Notre Dame is perenially overrated, and as mentioned, are still learning a new system. Michigan is playing with revenge and I think they finally have a decent (not great) team, as opposed to the past few years.

Good luck, already booked this one at +4. For once I will be rooting for the maise and blue.

I don't know about this one. Might pass. Denard repeats that performance he is def in the Heisman watch. Floyd on Floyd will determine the outcome of the game for sure.

I agree 100% wrong team is favored. Michigan wins this game.

I'm a Michigan guy, and I'd never put money on this defense. How can I ever trust a Big East coach when it comes to defense? Granted, Purdue could have won last week if Robert Marve wasn't such a terrible leader, but ND still has enough offensive talent to roll Michigan if their offense has an off day. Considering this is Michigan's first road game into a pretty fired up Notre Dame Stadium, its entirely possible their offense could have an off day.

Michigan had 7 fumbles (4 lost) last time they visited a rainy South Bend.

Not only will they lose, but it's going to be a turnover infested game.

This one is going to be tough to watch.

UConn is a decent, but one-dimensional team. Notre Dame has many more weapons, and Michigan's defense is suspect. I would avoid this game. Michigan is better, but they are not great. Neither is Notre Dame.

Man, I don't know how you could say ND was in control the whole game. If Purdue had any kind of offense it would have been a tight game. Purdue was one score away the whole game.

Posted a link to radio show below in which I found out:

Underdog is 12-2 ATS last 14; 19-4 ATS last 25
Brian Kelly is only 23-22 ATS as favorite in his career

I don't really I have an opinion on the game though.

I disagree, Michigan may be a one-man team. Irish will key on Robinson and dare somebody else on Michigan offense to beat them.

Unloading on games like this often mean a very short season for cappers.

Born and raised Michigan fan/ND hater but sorry to say I think most are wrong here. I hope I am wrong but keep in mind the Wolverines were last in the Big 10 last year. #1 mistake football cappers make, IMO is they overeact to one game and this is a classic example based on last weeks near perfect performance by Michgan.

I hope I am wrong but I just dont see it. If this game was played last week, ND would have favored by a minimum 7.5 and probably closer to 10. Not sure about the Irish roster but Michigan's talent level is as low as I have ever remembered it. I would argue they don't have any pro talent on their roster and to me that is incredible for this storied university.

Like I said hope I am wrong. Its going to take all my will power to hold off from betting ND if this thing goes down to 3. Plus this is a huge underdog public play and that is the worst bet to make out there is a public dog.

I have no play in this one, but what game did you watch?

Robert Mavre is Purdue's #1 QB. He was the QB at the Univ of Miami before transferring into Purdue. He played the entire game against ND.

Who is this "backup qb" that you say shredded ND?

For the record... Purdue had a total of 302 yards offense. TOTAL.

Mavre ran the ball 10 times-----for exactly 10 yards. 10 yards rushing. One run came on the 20 yard td run----which means, Mavre's other 9 rushes gained MINUS -10 yards.

Purdue as a team was 5 of 18 on 3rd downs.

I have no idea what you are referring to when you say Purdue's QB "shredded ND".

if tate forcier did the damage he did last year, denard "shoelace" does twice that amount. notre dame's got no way of simulating a d.rob in practice...taking the maize & blue in this one!
