I live near Birmingham and just wondering why you like UAB in this one. With the graduation of QB Joe Webb, 73% of last year's offensive production is gone. Sophomore David Isabelle has just been named the starter over Bryan Ellis. Neither have much experience.

UAB does have 9 starters returning on defense so maybe they can handle FAU. Just thought I'd ask your thoughts on the game.

It's a scary game. With UAB's inexperience on offense, I would lean toward FAU to cover the 14.5.

i'm pretty much a line movement guy in college sports, as i dont follow players the way i do in pro sports.

i missed the initial move, so i wouldnt be shocked to see this game end 33-20, 34-20....but i do love the early move at pinnacle with the fact that webb is gone. i watched him a lot over the last few years and he was their offense. something tells me uab is ready to go with that line jumping from 12 to 15.
