They used to show the Hawaii games on Fox Sports West 2 in Los Angeles. A few years ago Hawaii went to pay-per-view in their local market, and since then you can only catch them on ESPN or ESPN 2 occasionally.

You can still watch the Hawaii games free if you have a C-band satellite dish via the wild feed.
