Some bad play calling on 3rd down by WV, playing right into Marshall's D. Twice threw negative passes on 3rd down, 1 big drop on 3rd down and did not go for 4th and 3 at Marshall 39.
Power team got to go for that. Strange game so far.

You dont know too much about football by your comments. They are not touted but proven by their past performances.
Just as their past record is proven. If you take all the teams with poor defense you might as well just have a Top 10.

It was not fluke 2nd half by marshall, but apparently I did not make that very clear. Rivalry game, Marshall did put up a fight...

I don't agree with what you are saying much....i think this is more of those heat of the moment comments. If you take a look at the boxscore, the rationale conclusion that one should arrive at is that WVU underperformed and that USF overperformed. That is if someone presented you with the stats only you would probably say WVU should have crushed them. Consider that WVU lost its starting QB and committed more turnovers, it would seem that USF was more fortunate than good tonight. These things even out...thus the concept of regression to the mean.....I'd be surprised if WVU didn't bounce back from this.

Based on even the most basic statistical analysis, the more accurate assessment after this game would be to say that USF is slightly overrated while WVU is slightly underrated. The numbers don't lie.....I think USF will be good team to fade in the next few weeks. Will be very overvalued and I am not sure they should be.

The statement WVA is overrated is pretty much a no brainer.
They are a big name school in NCAAF .
Big name teams leak accounts , who knews break the bank .
