Texas am gets a short trip to shreveport , a great recruiting tool show casing possible recruits
this game is about as close to a home game as it gets
dont forget this one kicks off at 5:00 eastern time

a great link to Georgias take on the game
it seems clear that the attitude of each team is much different
Texas am seems to think of this game as a reward as Georgia looks have a chance to end on a strong note winning for their seniors last game

looking into it I have found some great news in this game '
I did see that aggies havent had an off week since week
so having a a month to prepare was a concern of preperation issues
kines is in his first year so and not getting his players in line
he should definitely be a great addition to the aggies in years to come

I just dont think he has the talent to keep up with the bull dogs I have some great info coming in the thread below I tend to agree with my earlier pick as gerogia just wants this game and hungry to keep current trends alive

Going For Eight In 13 Straight
Georgia leads the country with 12 consecutive seasons with eight or more wins. Texas and Virginia Tech rank second with 11 each. The next closest team in the Southeastern Conference is LSU with nine.

            Non-Conference Success
Under the direction of Mark Richt, Georgia owns a 37-4 record against teams from outside the Southeastern Conference. The only losses came in bowl games to Boston College (20-16, 2001 Music City) and West Virginia (38-35, 2006 Nokia Sugar) and during the regular season to Georgia Tech (45-42, 2008) and at #9 Oklahoma State (24-10, 2009). The Bulldogs beat Arizona State, Tennessee Tech and #7 Georgia Tech earlier in the 2009 season to finish with a 3-1 non-conference record.

            Nation’s Seventh Toughest Slate
Georgia has the seventh-hardest schedule in the NCAA Division I based on the cumulative opposition (current records of Georgia’s opponents that the Bulldogs have played; record of 68-46. Texas A&M is tied for 85th - 58-66.

            Bulldogs Graduating
Twelve current Bulldogs and two former Bulldogs are on track to graduate this December. The current Georgia players are: Roderick Battle, Stephen Braue, Joe Cox, Ricardo Crawford, Bryan Evans, Andrew Jensen, Prince Miller, Michael Moore, Jeff Owens, Vince Vance, Marcus Washington and Kade Weston. The two former Bulldogs include Tony Wilson (lettered in 2007-08) and Erik Robinson (lettered in 1994-95 and in baseball 1994-96).

Bulldog Defensive Staff For The Bowl Game
Georgia head coach Mark Richt announced Dec. 2 that three members of his defensive staff would not return in 2010. They were defensive coordinator/secondary coach Willie Martinez, linebacker coach John Jancek and defensive ends coach Jon Fabris. All three had the option to coach in the bowl game, however they all declined. For the bowl game, Richt along with asst. head coach/defensive line coach Rodney Garner plus graduate assistant Todd Hartley and program coordinator Mitch Doolittle will work with the defense.

              Georgia has had 26 turnovers
Georgia should struggle getting rid of most of their defense coaches
Texas am has league leading first downs , 26 first downs
so very good in ball control
texas am should have an advantage in clock control .
this should be a very high scoring game
joe cox has taken over the defense
              and aj greene
Joe cox had success against g tech taking over
and having a full month to prepare his defense

Johnny big ten is looking into this one for me
Hopefully we can have a side here soon
as the game starts in 45 minutes
I like the fact they defense stepped up for him in the georgia tech game as he took over the defense
Many guys should have their jobs on the line in this one and take this game more serious as A&m looks at this game as a reward
