I gave the Crap-10 a couple of high seeds, b/c they would never win a playoff any. So they are irrelevant to me.

houlihans..tex cant come out champs!!! honestly im all for playoff think 8 would be enough but we know that a long long way away. this year id be happy if they would just let tcu(after they beat boise down) play winner of bama/tex (bama) and i be perfectly happy

You are kidding right? Ohio State beating TCU but losing to Boise State? Iowa being in the finals? Nebraska beating Flroida? Texas beating Alabama? That is the most rediculous Midwest biased that I have ever seen Hou. There is no way those big fat slow boys from Iowa, Nebraska or Ohio get out of round 1. College Football has passed the Big 10 and the Big 12 North by. They are way too slow to compete with the elite teams in the nation.

Glad someone said it before me, I mean come on now houlliahan, I thought you were a backer of the Pirates now your disrespecting them like that, putting in Central Michigan over them? I know 11-2 vs 10-4 but look at the strength of ECU's schedule vs. Central Michigan, Central didn't play a ranked team ALL YEAR LONG and ECU played numerous (Virginia Tech, West Virginia, UNC, Houston).

I hope they implement a playoff system someday, it would be sick, but too much money to the athletic dept for bowl games.

And TCU would have made a run if there was a playoff system this year.

This is the same kind of cash cow, corporate disrespect being exhibited by ESPN that the entire BCS board displays every year. They don't want the underdogs to be involved because they don't generate enough cash and they don't want to buck their big name schools and any way in fear of losing a BIT of revenue. Something needs to change college football back into a game and not a business.
