    Nebraska -4
Look.... I know I'm a homer here...... but here is why Nebraska is the right pick....

1- Nebraska fans are taking over the stadium. They had to pay the huge pricetag to make this happen ($250-$400 per ticket) but there will be more Husker fans than CU Fans
2- Revenge game. Nebraska is pissed that they lost to CU last year it was the Huskers first game of the season after their opening game was cancelled. They didn't have a "warm up game" and it was AMs first college start.
3- Revenge! Colorado's Jacob Callier pulled a very unsportsmanlike move when he pulled and twisted AMs leg last year while he was in a pile. AM missed a couple of games due to that injury. Callier is supposedly hurt and wont be playing this week.... which is too bad. Huskers want revenge.
4- Rivalry- Look Nebraska/Colorado is a huge rivalry. Nebraska really never looked at them as a rival until Colorado made a big deal about it. Colorado fans are nasty---- heck they had to stop the game one year to escort the entire student section out of the stadium! While the current players might not feel the true rivalry that this game is..... Scott Frost hates Colorado. Scott Frost has made a point to his players how important this game is to him.
5- Adrian Martinez. The best player on the field on Saturday. Long shot for the Heisman and his odds went up after last week.
He looked TERRIBLE week 1.(rumors are that he was battling the flu but not verified)
It was week 1..... Trevor Lawrence looked like crap too week 1. QB Coach Verduzco said that AMs poor performance was on him. He said that AM will be better prepared this week.

Trust me.... Nebraska didn't take South Alabama seriously. They sat the starting running back in the first half. (suspension for pending criminal charges) They didn't open up the playbook. Martinez didn't run the ball. They ran through the motions and walked away with a 2td victory. The focus has all been on Colorado. Nebraska will be ready.

    Nebraska will win.

i am not saying you are wrong...but not buying into the reasoning. nebraska always brings a ton of fans, and colorado is always half-ass in support of the football program...that is normal. the motivation factor being fueled about a dirty play last year is just a little something extra to try to get pumped up. i doubt it will actually factor into the game. they need to be motivated by that awful showing last week against a crap team. colorado looked like the better team week 1 from my seat. nebraska just didnt look right. maybe it is like you say and they were not taking it serious...i dont know. if i liked nebraska i might consider the over. i really see no possible way they can cover this game and it go under.

Like the play, will combine with the ML just in case it's close. But on this as well. Just not much to pick from today.

looks to be 100% on point so far. both teams look completely different from last week. all those "cu fans" who sold their tickets should be ashamed.

What an epic choke job by Nebraska. Unreal.

Frost tries a 48-yard FG in OT with a lefty King Kong Bundy as his kicker, guy barely gets the ball off the ground. Coach was told in pregame guy can't kick past 40 yards.

You better off going on 4th and 15, at least you have a shot.
              Blows leads of 17-0, 24-14 and 31-24.

Frost screwed this game up at least 5 times.

Husker betting on braska equals Weeder losing -500 soccer ML.

No offense to Husker but that happens every year...

Still think Nebraska was the right play, if the coach had a brain in his head.

Homer betting is an absolute joy to watch.

                    It rarely ends well.

i had colorado...and i disagreed with him before the game in this thread. i think if you read his post tho and watched the game, he was 100% correct on his points. nebraska just choked the game away at the end. i was on the winning side...but it feels like i stole one.

How bad is Nebraska and the Big 10 West? They cannot even defeat the #6 team (probably #5 now, passing UCLA) in the Pac 12 South. Like it or not, Nebraska's glory days are OVER. If they want to win a Conference championship, they had better transfer to the MAC.

Ya I didn't see them pissing away a 17-0 half time lead. Oh well. Better than being a Brown fan I guess lol

We will see how the season shakes out... but TODAY...… Colorado is in 1st place. I wouldn't beat my chest comparing the Pac 12 to anyone else right now..... after Oregon and Washington have already proven to be frauds and were supposed to be the face of the conference. USC.... picked preseason 6th.... has started off ok. Let's see where they are at the end of the season. Looks like the Pac 12 has zero chance to make the playoffs.

Stop making excuses. Martinez has no excuses. His name has not been on an injury list. The ONLY problem Martinez has is that he is NOT a good QB. That simple. As far as Colorado is concerned, they are NOT in 1st place in the Pac 12 South. USC is in 1st place. Can you EVER get yor facts straight and your act together? I now understand why you are not a Pro in here. You cannot afford it.

Did I say Martinez was injured? And Colorado is 2-0 just like that shitty USC team. USC played 1 conference game.... Colorado has not. So both teams are 2-0 moron.
