Today is 8/1 and as promised, here are the rules for the contest between myself and KVB. Let it be known that KVB has made it rather clear that he is too Chicken S**t to participate and accept the challenge, but unlike him, I keep my word, so I am posting the rules as promised.

The contest runs from August 30th thru December 7th. The contest will start on the Friday of each week and end on the Monday of the following week. NO Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday games.

Each person will pick 5 lined games per week. Sides only. The official line that will be used will be the line that is posted in the SBR Sportsbook at 3pm (Eastern) or 12 noon (Pacific) on the Friday of the week of the games or earlier. You must use the current line at the time that you post your picks. You must post all 5 picks at the same time.

The picks must be entered on this thread by 6 PM (Eastern) (3 PM Pacific) on the Friday of each week or earlier. Each player will make his pick irregardless of which teams the other player picks. If both players pick the same teams, then they are either really smart, or really not so smart. It does not matter who posts their picks first.

The winner will be determined by total number of wins for the contest. If a player misses a week without getting prior permission from the other player to do so, the contest ends and the player who fails to post his picks forfeits the contest.

I cannot make it much simpler or easier that this. KVB, you either play or live with the consequences.

This is where you and 99% of the other people in here screw up. This is not a social club. This is allegedly a site to post and discuss sports. Just look at all of the pu**ies in here posting about losing money, drinking, doing drugs, and a bunch of other things that do not belong in a sports forum. Your problem is that you take these fools seriously. No one in here should be taken seriously. No one. My attitude is simple. I could care less about them. Obviously you do not play high stakes poker. If you did, and you allowed people to get into your head, you would not last a week.
