Is NC State that good? WVU handled Tennessee pretty good and seems like the better team here... Anything im missing?? Total seems low at 51 also... Dont know alot about NC State though

Perhaps the line takes into account the likely shitty weather? WVU more of an air it out team, so if they’re playing in a hurricane that may limit their passing ability.
