The Rebels will be at home in Las Vegas Saturday, and UNLV is the right play against the Nevada Wolf Pack.
This Saturday, the UNLV Rebels return home for the first game in front of their fans in nearly a month after dropping two road games at Iowa State and Hawaii. And the visitors will be UNLV's hated rivals from the north: Nevada-Reno, who has won 2 straight games, but looking for its first road victory of the season.
Last Friday, Nevada-Reno outlasted Northwestern 31-21 and covered as a 7-point favorite. UNLV had last week off to prepare for this contest, and has been installed as a 5-point home dog. We'll take UNLV here as rested home dogs that are playing with revenge are 21-4 ATS off a SU loss, if they're off back to back road games. In this "Battle for the Fremont Cannon," we'll take the points.
