    Reverse Line Movement
Would Indiana/Purdue be RLM? I see 68% of the money on Purdue, but the line has dropped from -13 to -11.5. Another game is Virginia Tech dropped from -17.5 to -17 and 62% of the money is on them. The biggest of them all seems to be Tennessee/Vandy. Tennessee was a 3.5 point underdog and are now down to 3. Tennessee only has 23% of the money on them. I see a few more but I just wondered if I was right so far

    Others:
UNLV (71%) line dropped from UNLV -13 to UNLV -10
East Carolina (78%) line dropped from ECU -7 to ECU -6.5
Michigan State (64%) line rose from MSU +14.5 to MSU +15.5
Texas Tech (70%) lines rose from Okla. -6 to Okla. -7
Washington (62%) line dropped from UW -8.5 to UW -6.5
Colorado State (72%) line dropped from CSU -2.5 to CSU -2

Yes you are thinking correctly, The Va Tech move is not considered enough of a move for a play at this time.

well from 3.5 to 3 is a half point that is acceptable. Out there around 17 you really like to see a point and a half.

But overall, yes you want to see a point move in the reverse direction.

so would you bet the team that the line is moving with or against? Like the Tennessee game, would I bet Tennessee?

Well I don't like seeing Vandy on that list, though I suspected it might be. But, honestly how can anyone put their money on Tenn.???

T- Yes, you are understanding this correctly...Doesnt mean it will be the correct pick, but, it generally is correct more than it is wrong...

yeah people should remember to only look at RLM on football though.

Yes I would say Tennessee is a play at -3. Just be mindful of the price when going to and coming from 3. -3.5 at -110 is the same as -3 -127.

When I looked at the #'s early in the week, I thought this would be a good game to bet on. Now that I see the RLM, it is a no bet for me, because I couldn't put any $ on Tenn!

                        Mad,
Glad to see you are in agreement. The problem for me, I bet it early for 10 units expecting it to shoot to Vandy -6 or more. I still do not buy into the Tenn angle that they want to finish the season winning and etc. Vandy has a lot more to play for, including the respect of beating their in-state rival that has consitently beat up on them...GL with your weekend.

did LT say that? I know a lot of people have told me they lost betting the RLM on college b-ball lately. The reason is because the lines aren't out long enough IMO

I have made three NCAABB RLM bets this week and went 3-0. I know it's not a lot of games, but that's how it has worked out for me.
