I am new to posting on this site but I just discovered how to use the spreadsheet to track your picks. Talk is cheap and I know I will receive a tremendous amount of criticism but I am currently hitting 85% on NCAAF and 45% on the NFL. I do not normally bet on NBA, NHL, MLB unless I am trailing a good poster from here. I am a serious bettor with a minimal amount of money to use for a bankroll therefor I am only up $495 dollars for the year. I am pretty good about money management but I do not keep track of my units so I have no clue what that number is. I know no one will believe a thing I am saying but over time you will find that I am telling the truth. Best of luck to all.

Hahaha 85% if you are hitting 85% you don't need money management. You are trying to tell me that you Hit 8.5 out of every 10 bets. If this is true, you can retire now. I don't think its true though. What is your exact record?

I know you will think I am "blowing smoke" but my record is as follows:

          NFL 21-18 53%
          NCAAF 34-15 69%
          NCAAB 5-2 71%

I am looking for some good advice and help in bettering my system. Please pm me.

Not yet, a lot of people have had 70% 50-game runs. Check the records after 500 or 1000 games and then re-evaluate.

                Exactly.

People can get hot for a season (or more), but they will regress back towards even/losing. The best long-term gamblers will hit 55%? (I forget the exact stat, though S. Wong mentions it in his book). I ran hot in the beginning of the season for both CFB and NFL....but I've been regressing back towards the middle....boo!

As for a handicapping group....I'd entertain the idea, though I'd need to know more.
