I wanted to make a withdrawal and the process server they use limits you to one cashier check a week in the maximum amount of $3,000.00 dollars. They also offer other payment options such as wire transfers, Western U and Money Gr, as well as money orders. You can combine these other options with the payment with a cashiers check. Last year they offered a withdrawal using a cashiers check twice a week, even though a number of times through there generosity they would provide us clients a 3rd opportunity.
Today I attempted to make my first withdrawal of the college football season, when I learned the process company that they use now only permits one withdrawal per week via a cashiers check, which is my preferred type of withdrawal. When the customer service representative told me, I asked to speak to one of the customer service managers, and was put in touch with Gabe. I told Gabe my dissatisfaction with the change in policy, and he asked me to hold on for a minute, and then came back and told me I could withdrawal as much as I wanted, as long as the amount was not extremely large.
