You are right about the bonuses the play throughs are very high, but if you have nothing better to do give it a shot. If I deposited money with a casino don't take their lousy bonuses then, be my luck I hit for million and get nothing. A lot of bonuses have a max withdraw. They figured 8 ways from Sunday to rip you off.

Roll Over I think is it rolls over times a certain amount. Play-through is you have to play through like $4,000 worth in order to cash out. So a roll over might be like you have to play 9x the wagering amount. They might be synonymous.

They are just poker but they have free money for bodog, you could always use that in the casino. They also have full tilt and ultimate bet and crap, you can do one every few months.
