None of them. Provably fair is a flawed system. That key or generated line of code could be a complete shell of what is really dealt. Even if it is fair, the sample size can be so big and skewed to the favor of the casino in a major way. Bitzino is probably one of the biggest and I have seen some insane things happen on there. The dealer getting blackjack 4 times in a row as one of them.

I've seen that article. It has some nice points of interest. Anyone who gambles in the Bitcoin world is asking for a terrible outcome. I would even say more so than typical online casinos. Why? You are entering a realm of people that develop and understand code. Not only that, but crypto and mathematical models. Bitcoin is already an underworld for illegal things, much less, giving a provably fair game of chance. Do yourself a favor and stick to brick and morter for card games.

I think I'll stick with a real casino that uses real cards, real dice, a real roulette wheel and is regulated by a state gaming control board.
