Don't know anything about these guys that are new to the UFC.

Anthony Johnson (-315) vs Kevin Burns (+255)
Johnson won with a devastating KO win his last fight. He has very quick and powerful hands. Johnson's stand up should win the fight.

Hermes Franca (+115) vs Frank Edgar (-145)
Edgar had wins over Tyson Griffin and Spencer Fisher. But than lost to Gray Maynard. I think he can bounce back to win this fight. Hermes is off the juice now too.

Brandon Vera (-450) vs Reese Andy (+370)
Vera has been unimpressive, however a drop to 205 should help him a lot. He is fighting an unkown in Andy. Vera to win the fight but would not bet it.

Anderson Silva (-550) vs James Irvin (+400)
The obvious choice is Silva. Just like the obvious choice was St. Pierre in the first fight vs Serra. Just like the obvious choice was Cro Cop over Gonzaga. My point being of course I think Silva wins, but I would bet Irvin.

I think the only way to bet UFC is to find the dogs you think could pull the upset (thank you Forrest), or small favorites you think have the edge.

To much Juice this night . I dont see Vera or Silva losing but good value . Hermes Franca is one of my favorite fighters in the UFC , but i dont know if he can stop the takedowns from edgar .

I really don't see Vera or Silva losing either. But all you need is a puncher's chance. So I think just a small bet on Irvin and Andy for fun. That way if it happens, it makes it so much sweeter.

IRVIN line has moved slightly to +405. It will most likely keep going up closer to the fight.

Huerta is solid. I will be laying quite a bit on him as well. Last I saw he was right around +150.
