nogueira scratches...so what does the ufc do with 133?
a tsunami of injury issues is turning ufc 133 into a slapdash event with the main card not worthy of a $50 price tag....

evans/ortiz a main event?...laughable...ortiz was out prior to the bader miracle....franklin/lil nog scratched..sakara/rivera is about as meaningless a fight as could be found on a main card...sexyama exposed as a fighter who should have stayed in japan...

i would suggest finding a lame replacement for lil nog and think outside the box by adding two undercard fights to the main card...ebersole/hallman and pierce/hendricks......

why not try and be accomodating to fans who are willing to fork out half a buck to watch mma?....what they`ll be offering isn`t worthy of a ppv....so think outside the box and show a little good will toward the golden goose that makes it all possible?...

as it stands,i won`t be buying this....

YEah its pretty weak, especially in comparison to the past few cards and ones coming up. Wonder if they'll do Franklin vs Gustaffsson, not sure if Franklin would want it tho and would be messing Hamill around a bit. Absolutely guttered that my Franklin/Nog arb is down the drain now, had a feelin it was gonna happen

I know it's a step up and not sure the UFC would let it happen... but dammit put Leben in there! He always steps up and I'm sure he believes he can beat Franklin.

you guys really think a split decision win over belcher and consecutive losses to leben and bisping justify the hype the guy came into the ufc with?.....

if you do, fair enough....i don`t(and now he`s a 3-1 dog vs belfort)........

hes lost to chris leben and michael Bisping enough said. He's about to get smashed by Belfort too.

don't necessarily like ortiz but his win over bader was not a miracle it was a clean right--but i agree this is not worth paying for and i think the numbers will show it

This will probably be the first big show in NJ or PA that I dont attend over the past 5 years. Although I would really love to see Akiyama/Belfort live.

really befuddled(but glad) that pierce/hendricks didn`t get that slot....

i think this will be a bit of a "test card" for white and the ufc....if they get a good ppv buy, i believe they`ll know that they can throw any old garbage together and people will shell out for it....

IF on the other hand, the card doesn`t pull good numbers, maybe the ufc gets the message that the fans expect a little more from the premiere mma organization on the planet...

here`s hoping most grab a stream....and the ufc gets the message.......

I slowly realized that I have had a decreasing interest in mma this year. Not too many ppv shows that I saw were any good.

The matchmaking is getting lazy and the fighters get injured way too much these days.
It seems as if guys go balls to the wall at practice and get hurt and they play it safe at the fight.

hahaha that could be like a movie. sort of like the Prestige.

twin brothers who share 1 identity. one brother only trains stand up while the other only trains ground fighting.

then they sub eachother in and out depending on the match up. LOL.

hallman and ebersole have been on serious rolls.....ebersole has 3 losses since 2005....one was a split, another a majority decision vs kyle noke(in australia).... ....and the 3rd was a 4th round stoppage loss to hector lombard....that`s over a 21 fight span...no shame there...

when he beat lytle, many were talking about lytle as a serious contender who had turned it around.....

hallman coming off good wins over parisyan and ben saunders...

good fight...as is pierce/hendricks...how is this on the facebook card?

when he beat lytle, many were talking about lytle as a serious contender who had turned it around.....

hallman coming off good wins over parisyan and ben saunders...

good fight...as is pierce/hendricks...how is this on the facebook card?
Pierce always seems to be stuck on the undercard

i know....the guy gives everybody fits.....he`s a fan friendly fighter....gave fitch a fit...only losses to nathan coy/mark munoz and fitch....

hendricks only loss was to story...but he beat brenneman (who beat story), sadollah and t.j. grant....

we`re talking about a very intriguing fight between two guys that have real legit credentials and are certainly in the mix as potential future contenders...

i`m surprised that they`re fighting each other....

Yeah and their wrestling should cancel eachother out leading to a standup war...unless Pierce copies Story's gameplan entirely but I think Pierce prefers and tends to be a bit more risky
