I think the state of his knees are a bigger factor than his cardio. I forgot if it was the first Machida fight or the Chuck fight but it was stated that in his pre-fight medical screening that he had a resting heart rate in the low 30s.

Let's see if I can get to $1000 by starting out small.

It's not impossible, I remember a poker pro on Full Tilt Poker who played those $40 freerolls then use that money on cash games and tournaments, then eventually got to $10,000 in a few years. He basically went from $0 to $10,000. The $10,000 went to charity.
