5dimes is a great book you should definitely put $200 in it. It might be a little more complicated than a local, but you get better lines and more props.

#74Not sure how long this has been going on for but Fitch is a vegan. I think its recent because Florian is saying he is walking around at 176lbs now. He won't be cutting as much weight now but he might be smaller (less muscle?). Maybe taking a play on Penn.

I was wondering what was going on when I first saw this video also. He's still going to be slightly bigger than BJ, but this definitely changes things.Comment -

#79I don't think he's on that diet because he is against eating meat like the typical vegetarian, he believes it's better for his health.Comment -

#80Florian on Fitch's weight/Penn fight:
"I know you mentioned him walking around at 200lbs, that is definitely the case. However, I just was with him at the last UFC in Vegas [UFC 126] he's actually walking around at 176lbs," Florian stated. "He's a vegan now. He's 100 percent vegan. He's changed his whole lifestlye. And the first thing I said to him 'Man, you're looking pretty darn skinny' and he said, 'yeah, I'm a vegan now and I'm 176lbs right now'. That is actually I hear maybe even a concern with people in his own camp."
...
"Listen, I think B.J. Penn always has a chance. The guy's extremely dangerous on his feet. He's going to be a little bit tougher to take down than Jon Fitch thinks. I would give even more of a chance to Jon Fitch if it was a five-rounder. At three rounds, I give a little bit more of a chance to B.J [Penn] because I think a three-round B.J. [Penn] is different than a five-round B.J. [Penn]. A three-round B.J. [Penn] will go for it right from the outset. He'll be very aggressive. He'll kind of just let it loose for every single round. As soon as that bell starts. I noticed a five-round B.J. [Penn], he really paces himself, he's really unsure of the pace he needs to go at."

#85Still can't help but think one of the two big favs will go down tomorrow night. I put more into Rivera back up, took him for a 1st round finish at +700 and 2nd round at +900...it seems whoever strongly favors Rivera would be best taking those. And I already had Siver inside so I went with decision at +639.Comment -

#86Sh*t, I dont care if Fitch is a vegan or relies solely on a diet of mealworms... judging by the 127 press conference (granted before the weight cuts for both guys and crap), he looks like he'll have a reasonable size advantage here. And BJ looks kinda rotund -- again, this is prior to final weight cuts and so forth, but still...

#100Fitch has been a vegan for sometime now. I believe since the Saunders fight. Of course now it's a "big time story"
I can write an article about how Fitch has more energy because he's eating less processed foods. Don't get derailed by the hype train.
And Ebersole has always had that build.Comment -

#104Fitch read about this diet called the china study which is vegeterian but the science behind has been disproven. You feel good at first because you arent getting the preservatives and hormones in the standard american diet, but its not the best diet. Not eating meat is a terrible idea for a professional fighter. I still think he will beat BJ penn though lol.Comment -
