Tyler Toner exclusively told MMAWeekly.com, “Friday after training I spoke to my coach and apparently the Nevada State Athletic Commission called and said my vision is too poor to fight for them.

Keith Kizer, Executive Director for the Nevada State Athletic Commission, confirmed “Mr. Toner did not meet the licensing requirement due to his eye examination results.”

The news that his vision cost him his WEC debut comes as a surprise to Toner who has managed to fight so far into his career without medical incident in Colorado.

Sources close to the WEC have informed MMAjunkie.com that Tyler Toner, will be replaced by WEC newcomer Courtney Buck.

Brandon Visher and Buck meet on the preliminary card of Saturday nights "WEC 45: Cerrone vs. Ratcliff" event at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

Does it worry anybody else that Ratcliff still seems to keep his chin way up and his neck stiff when he punches. That could be a big mistake when fighting Cerrone.
